Labor Requirements


80, 50, or 30 MINUTE SHOW LABOR REQUIREMENTS:
Purchaser agrees to provide at least the following crew for the load-in, running, and load-out of the production.  An optimal crew is one that can change job titles throughout load-in and load-out.  No load-ins will take place between midnight and 6:00 am, unless agreed upon on the contract or approved in writing at least 60 days prior to the performance.

FOR LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT:
Set/Properties/Wardrobe -1 Individual
Electrics -1 Individual
Sound - 1 Individual

FOR PERFORMANCE(S):
Wardrobe/Properties/Backstage - 1 Individual
Electrics - 1 Light Board Operator
Sound - 1 Individual (See ** Just Below)

Personnel must be consistent through all phases of production.  These persons are to follow instructions of production stage manager and cooperate with him/her fully.  Hired professionals only.

STAGING REQUIREMENTS:

STAGE DIMENSIONS:
THE MINIMUM STAGE DIMENSIONS ARE 16' WIDE BY 16' DEEP.

– Off stage space is required for one crew and one cast member.

– Set backdrop requires hanging or attaching by means that do not damage cloth. Use of backdrop is optional.
– Remainder of set is free-standing.

– We do not require the use of a house curtain.

LIGHTING:
Basic lighting can essentially consist of a full-stage wash that is shuttered to meet the dimensions of the set.  A basic lighting plot is available.

SOUND: the play requires one wireless headset microphone

** SOUND MIXING BOARD should be wired to be resident in the house.  CD player, microphone, and sound system need to be good quality, united and balanced for singing live with recorded music.

Back Drop - travels with actor or shipped -7’ x 16’ OPTIONAL USE
Coat Rack - travels with actor or shipped
Drop Cloth - travels with actor or shipped. Must be taped to floor
before performance--16’ x 16’ OPTIONAL USE

Presenter providing these items will save on cartage:

Bench - 15” x 4’ x 1’ .33” Actor needs to stand on bench and straddle it. (See photograph of bench.)
Stool - 2’ 3” x 18” x 15 ½” base 9” x 9” (See photograph of stool.)
Black Prop Table - SMALL TO MEDIUM
Onstage prop table w/3 levels - 2’ .66”

SHOW CAN BE SET UP AND READY FOR PERFORMANCE IN 1 HOUR.
