Join us for PVDFest 2019 on June 8th at the Custom House Street Stage where two concerts will feature the cream of the crop of some homegrown musicians.
2pm the band features “Fiyah Divas” Rose Weaver, Becky Bass, Kim Trusty, and Angela Nash-Wade with Jhony Keys on piano, Lenny Burrell on drums, Kirk Feather on sax and flute, and Paul Del Nero on bass.
7pm show features Rose Weaver with Mike Renzi on piano, who recently accompanied Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga; Shawnn Monteiro who sings from Rome to Dubai with every major jazz musician in the world; Gary Johnson, the son of late horn player, Dick Johnson, on drums; and Paul Del Nero on Upright Bass.
Expect sparks to fly at both concerts!
